1. Agreement

By accessing this website and/or purchasing digital products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and refrain from making purchases.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, warranty rights, withdrawal rights, or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Service Scope

This website provides digital Excel templates, spreadsheet tools, and related digital productivity files, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel files. All products are delivered digitally via instant download. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

3. Merchant of Record

Payments for purchases on this website are processed by DigiStore24 Inc. as Merchant of Record.

DigiStore24 acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for payment processing, tax calculation and collection, billing compliance, fraud prevention, chargebacks, refunds, and payment-related data handling.

On invoices, receipts, bank statements, or payment confirmations, the issuer or billing descriptor may therefore appear as DigiStore24.

We, ExcelFind, act as the product vendor, licensor, and support provider, not the billing merchant.

4. Product License & Usage Rights

All templates are licensed, not transferred as full ownership. Upon purchase, you receive a license that is:

• Non-exclusive
• Non-transferable
• For commercial or personal use, as defined in the respective product offer
• Subject to these Terms

You are permitted to use the templates to create, edit, and use your own internal, client-facing, educational, commercial, or personal Excel files, depending on the license purchased.

You may use the templates to create finished Excel files for yourself, your employer, or your clients, provided that the original editable template files are not resold, shared, sub-licensed, redistributed, or made available as standalone files.

You are not permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, re-license, or commercially exploit the template files themselves
• Share the templates publicly or privately for others to download, copy, or reuse
• Claim the templates or their contents as your own intellectual property
• Copy, clone, or reproduce website content, design, layout, spreadsheet structure, or template structure for redistribution
• Upload the templates to marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, template libraries, or similar distribution platforms
• Use the templates to create competing template products or derivative template packs for resale

The license may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud, initiate abusive chargebacks, or redistribute the files without permission.

All copyrights remain with ExcelFind.

5. Delivery & Access

Product access is generally granted after successful payment confirmation from DigiStore24.

Templates are delivered digitally and are usually available for download immediately after purchase. Delivery may be delayed by payment checks, fraud prevention checks, technical issues, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Any delivery failures caused by payment provider issues, payment denial, fraud checks, or user-entered email errors are not our responsibility. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues where possible.

Templates are delivered “as is” and are made available in the format described in the product offer.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital product delivery, refunds are generally not granted once the product has been made available for download, except where required by applicable law or where DigiStore24 approves a refund under its compliance, legal, or payment-dispute processes.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• The product file was not downloaded or accessed
• A duplicate or accidental purchase occurred
• The file is technically defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement or fix within 7 business days
• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law
• DigiStore24 approves or requires a refund, chargeback resolution, or legal exception

For consumers in jurisdictions with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right may expire once digital content delivery begins, provided the required consent and acknowledgment have been obtained during checkout.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Disclaimer of Advice

The templates and any related content:

• Do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, business, design, or professional advice
• Are productivity, spreadsheet, and design tools only
• Should not be the sole basis for financial, business, investment, legal, tax, or professional decisions

You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and verifying any content, calculations, assumptions, examples, or design choices before using them in a professional, commercial, client-facing, or public context.

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ExcelFind is not liable for any financial losses, business losses, data errors, spreadsheet errors, client disputes, investment decisions, business decisions, or outcomes resulting from template use
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, suitability for a specific purpose, investment performance, financial results, business results, or design outcomes
• Templates are provided without warranties, express or implied
• Use of the templates is at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer protection claims.

9. Software Compatibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your software, devices, and technical setup, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, operating system, fonts, display settings, regional system settings, and third-party extensions or plugins.

We are not responsible for formatting differences, layout shifts, missing fonts, display changes, compatibility issues, or technical limitations caused by software versions, operating systems, device settings, system locale, language versions, missing fonts, or third-party extensions/plugins.

Preview images shown on the website may differ slightly from the final appearance depending on installed fonts, software version, device settings, screen resolution, or other technical factors.

10. Third-Party Assets, Fonts & Media

Templates may use or reference fonts, icons, images, mockups, charts, illustrations, or other third-party assets.

Unless explicitly stated in the product offer, third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses and may need to be installed, licensed, replaced, or obtained separately by the user.

We do not guarantee that all third-party fonts, media, plugins, or external assets are included with the template files unless this is expressly stated in the product description.

You are responsible for ensuring that your final use of any Excel file, template, font, image, icon, or media asset complies with applicable third-party license terms.

is owned by ExcelFind and may not be copied, cloned, resold, redistributed, or reused without explicit written permission.

No intellectual property rights are transferred to you except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms.

12. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

ExcelFind reserves the right to:

• Block access
• Revoke or suspend licenses
• Refuse service
• Restrict future purchases
• Report abuse to DigiStore24 or relevant service providers

if we reasonably suspect or detect fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized file sharing, redistribution, misuse of the templates, or violations of these Terms.

13. Updates

We may update templates over time, but updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product offer.

Past purchases do not automatically include future updates, new versions, new products, redesigns, additional formats, or expanded license rights unless expressly advertised.

We may modify, discontinue, replace, or remove products from the website at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Continued use of the website or templates after changes have been published implies acceptance of the updated Terms for future use.
